We are seeking multiple Regional Sales Managers for this upcoming Spring Season.
Multiple regions are available location is very flexible!

The Regional Sales Manager position is a sales role directly responsible for Augmenta’s direct and dealer growth in their defined region. Our overall direction as a company is directly influenced by this team's efforts. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be expected to:

Place outbound calls to farmers to learn about their operations and identify ways that our products and/or services provide benefits
Become an expert on our market-leading and proprietary agronomic data product
Develop proficiency in communicating our diverse set of service offerings including Variable Rate Applications (Nitrogen, PGR, Defoliant, etc.)
Independently qualify leads, prioritize your sales pipeline, and conduct research on the industry and regional market characteristics
Identify individual benefits for each farmer and tailor the sales approach to their needs
Use systems to develop a successful pipeline and engage potential new members in a timely fashion
Develop your own sales playbook for overcoming objections and showing the product via 1-on-1 screen-share demos with farmers
Partner with direct supervisors to develop sales skills and become proficient in the role

Qualifications: Compensation and title for this position will be adjusted to suit your experience and qualifications.

Passionate about agriculture and farming; a desire to put the farmer first
Demonstrated aptitude for excellence in a competitive environment.
Comfortable using and explaining technology products/services.
Passion for Agriculture/AgTech and see the vision of optimizing a grower’s operation
A willingness to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment where sales achievement will be directly rewarded

Sr. Manager:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Has an existing book of business with growers directly or former dealers of other AgTech.
  • 5+ years in agriculture sales, business development, or account management.
  • Preferred AgTech, SaaS, Machinery
  • Associates Degree
  • 3-5 years in agriculture sales, business development, or account management
  • Experience selling direct to growers or co-ops in a defined region.
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-3 years of farming background
  • 1-2 years sales in agriculture products
  • Preferred: Precision Ag
