Production Lead

The Production Lead should:

• prepare production documentation and define relevant processes
• be in charge of planning procurements and scheduling builds to meet challenging timelines
• set key production and quality KPIs and be accountable for the relevant implementation
• be in charge of the transition to high volume production for complex high-tech electronic devices.
• work with existing suppliers and establish new relationships to help achieve production goals
• identify and resolve production line weaknesses and bottlenecks
• establish and oversee hardware test procedures
• manage product tracking and serialization
• be agile to incorporate design changes and quickly adapt to requirements
• commit to the continuous optimization of the production process
• stay adamant and strictly define safety processes
• work towards the production process certification
• be proficient in the use of the English language

The Production Lead is important to have:

• 2 to 5 years of experience in the production field – nice to be in the sector of electronics
• experience in leading small teams
• knowledge of DFM requirements
• good understanding of electronics and stock of materials fluctuation
• a degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical)
• agile mindset, great communication and organization skills, and diligent personality
